Nuff said. Doesnt work, crashes repeatedly.

Purchased scenes twice, crashed both times. Deleted and reinstalled had to REPURCHASE and still nothing. Would like my money back. Huge disappointment.

The app looked promising as it made me go through all the various screens. But at the end you have to pay $3.99 for the bundle or $1.99 per scene. What a rip! Scrooge must have produced this app. I dont mind paying a little to help a person out but the price is rather expensive in my opinion. Its Christmas people! Come on!

Thought this would be great for my 4 yr old. Downloaded the full package... Only for it not to ever work. I got 1 video all the way thru... Then nothing. Tried reloading it but moral of the story... Its a piece of junk. If I could return it I would.

I purchased the upgrades and because this app takes up so much space I deleted it until next Xmas. Well guess what!! They dont restore purchases and expect to to repurchase again! So unless you want to purchase every year again this app isnt worth it! If they restore my purchase along with the others I will change my review. Very fun app other wise!

Awesome App. My kids loved it.(so did my wife,mother,father,cousins.) As for the grinch saying that it took up "too much space" maybe its time to give up your Nokia GoPhone. You also complained that since you HAD to delete it(nobody asked you to do that) that it didnt restore your purchases and you have to pay again next year. Let me tell you,if $3.99 for ALL of those wonderful scenes is too much to see your children happy then maybe you should rethink your priorities. Merry Christmas.

Loved to app my kids loved having proof of Santa and enjoyed seeing the elf around the house. Now is there an app like this for Easter? My son told me I needed to try to take pics of the Easter bunny now.

My kids absolutely love when "the elves" send mom a video of them checking out or house. My daughter would run up the hall asking "Did you hear magic, mom?" Greatest feeling to make Christmas that much better for my kids. Ive never had an issue restoring my purchases or anything. Amazing app.

After all the problems getting the app to work with my iPad, it now works perfectly. My sons are amazed at the elves, and keep running around the house looking for them! Its definitely one of the best apps out there!

I downloaded the app for free and purchased the scene that I wanted for $1 (plus tax) but every time I tapped on the scene to use it, the app would close. I tried a few free scenes, so as not to waste more money, but none of them worked. The app keeps closing. Ive seen it work for others but not for me. It would be a five star app if it worked. Requesting a refund!

Have had no problems, and my grandson LOVES this.

This app was great last holiday season. This year, all it does is CRASH. Not sure if its an issue with iOS upgrade or an app upgrade. Please fix.

I used this app last year without any problems but this year it doesnt work. I paid the $1.99 to upgrade to the new package, and it still doesnt work. Have tried to contact creators of the app with no answer. Would not suggest purchase, waste of money and time not to mention aggravation.

Downloaded just fine. Once I opened the app it wouldnt do anything. Tried restarting my phone. Still nothing. I only took the free version thankfully. Would not recommend. Ended up deleting.

I used this app last year (paying to upgrade) and my kids loved it! No matter what I try this year, it wont work and Kees popping up with errors. Dont waste your time or money

We have been a loyal Santa spycam family since the app first came out. Our kids loved it so much and we were patient with the developer as they worked through bugs in the app. The first couple of years it seem to be improving and they made things fun on their Facebook page. This year, in addition to forcing you to re-purchase things you had already bought, everything about the app looks and operates like a Chinese knockoff. We are very disappointed that it seems to have gone backwards. Maybe the first owners sold it off to someone who doesnt know what theyre doing?

Worked fine last year. After the most recent update Ive lost all of my purchased scenes. Will update review once I can actually use what I paid for.

Cant get past opening screen. Message appears saying camera and photos need authorization despite authorization granted. Awful app.
