I have used this app in the past to excite my kids with great success. The older versions were awesome. Now, the "new and improved" update equals an app that wont go past the startup screen. Way to fix something that wasnt broken!

Ive been using this app for years, never deleted it and already paid for it. Now its saying I have to buy everything again??? Thats not happening. If my purchases arent restored soon Im going to delete. This is ridiculous.

In the past I have paid for various videos to use and this year none of them work. I wont pay for anything again just out of spite.

I have been with Santa Spy Cam since the very beginning. The new SS3 is horrible. Cannot load previous purchases since the last update. I was having issues using this app since they changed it to SS3. Bring back the old app! I made amazing videos with the app.

I paid to purchase extra scenes which have disappeared from the app. I have done restore purchases and it doesnt work.

I dont mind paying for new features but the fact we cant even access what we had last year is insane. We paid for quite a few and have lost them. Wont be purchasing again and wont be referring to anyone like we did before.

I dont understand all the bad reviews. This app has always, and still remains totally magical. I was able to reinstall my previous purchases when prompted, and it took me to the whimsical scenes of years past. For a few bucks, the joy in my kids eyes is priceless. Love it.

I have had this app since last year and have bought everything it needed an now this year you cant even get passed the home page! .

Bought some scenes, app crashes when I tried to download them. So I deleted, reinstalled, then tried to restore my purchases, and it will not let me. Waste of money until they decide to fix it.

When I first downloaded on my iPhone 6+ it did not work but after I uninstalled, reinstalled opened / closed and reopened it worked. I did NOT get recharged for old scenes but it appeared that way when it said "purchase complete youve been billed free" or something to that extent.
